How AGRO-X handles the personal data of website visitors.

Only what you enter in the request form yourself: your name, phone number, and optionally the crop, batch volume and a comment. We do not request or collect any other information.
This website has no backend and does not store requests. When you submit the form, your details are inserted into a message and opened in the WhatsApp application on your device — the message is only actually sent once you press Send within WhatsApp itself. Transmission is governed by the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) privacy policy.
The site uses no first-party cookies, visitor counters, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. localStorage stores your theme; sessionStorage stores flags for the chat invitation and chat interaction. These settings are not sent to us. Form data remains on the open page and is not written to local storage by the site code.
Fonts are hosted on our server. Google Maps on the Contacts page loads only after you click “Load Google map”. Your browser then connects to Google; Google’s privacy policy applies.
Data from the request form is used solely to contact you and discuss the terms of a deal. The legal basis is your voluntary enquiry (for EU residents: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).
As the website stores no requests, the retention period is determined by the WhatsApp correspondence and the company's internal records. We keep contact data no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet legal requirements.
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. For EU residents these rights are set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR. Requests can be sent via WhatsApp to +7 (777) 305-89-09; we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
